Overview

The Play Index Studio is a creator workflow for preparing, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing short-form sports videos. Creators and small media teams may use the Studio to connect their own social accounts and publish approved content to accounts they control.

Information We Collect

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. For Studio users, we may process workspace information such as user name, email address, uploaded or generated video files, captions, hashtags, approval status, scheduling choices, and publishing status.

Platform Account Data

When a user connects a TikTok or other social account, the platform may provide account identifiers, usernames, avatar information, access tokens, refresh tokens, available privacy options, upload identifiers, post identifiers, or publishing status information. This information is used to verify the connected account, show publishing choices, upload user-approved content, and record publishing results for that user's workspace.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate creator workspaces, authenticate connected accounts, prepare and review video drafts, publish content selected by the user, troubleshoot publishing errors, respond to support requests, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens and publishing configuration are stored in private project secrets or secure workspace storage. Access is limited to the systems and operators needed to run the Studio and support the connected creator workflow.

Sharing

We share information with social platforms only as needed to complete actions requested by the connected user, such as account verification, video upload, publishing, and status checks. We may also use service providers for hosting, storage, and operational support.
